I guess Spring is well and truly here...I got my annual spring cold on the day after my last post, and it's just now letting me loose from its clutches a bit. Usually it doesn't show up until the second week of April. And...I wonder if it's not really a cold, but allergies. Anyway, I'm happy it's leaving as I'm absolutely unable to function when it's here. I think that's why I love winter so much...the rain and snow washes all the allergens out of the air and I feel great.
Now I'm off to catch up on your blogs!
I hope you're feeling better and enjoying your spring weather, I know what you mean about cold bugs where do they come from ? sometimes we haven't seen anyone and we get colds. Love the picture of the blossom. I'm forcing blossom by cutting branches and bringing them indoors.
ReplyDeleteDear Victoria,
ReplyDeleteI hope you are well. Sometimes it is difficult for me to figure out if it is a cold or allergy... What ever yours was I am glad it has left you.
I love the photo.. Please tell me.. Is this a cherry tree?
It is just gorgeous.
Thank you so much for your most welcome visit, and very kind thoughts.
blessings,
Penny
I love Winter too! Yep, no hayfever and summer here is just too hot! Looking forward to Autumn starting for real!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry about the cold. Such a miserable feeling.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you've been unwell with the dreaded flu, Victoria. It can really knock us about, for sure.
ReplyDeleteI imagine you have great herbal tea recipes, but thought I'd mention a simple blend that really helps me - and my boys. Yarrow, Elder and Peppermint... works wonders.
Love the sweet spring blossoms :)
Penny, it is a cherry tree, but it doesn't make fruit. At least, it hasn't yet...
