Catching Up

I guess Spring is well and truly here...I got my annual spring cold on the day after my last post, and it's just now letting me loose from its clutches a bit.  Usually it doesn't show up until the second week of April.  And...I wonder if it's not really a cold, but allergies.  Anyway, I'm happy it's leaving as I'm absolutely unable to function when it's here.  I think that's why I love winter so much...the rain and snow washes all the allergens out of the air and I feel great.

Now I'm off to catch up on your blogs!

  1. I hope you're feeling better and enjoying your spring weather, I know what you mean about cold bugs where do they come from ? sometimes we haven't seen anyone and we get colds. Love the picture of the blossom. I'm forcing blossom by cutting branches and bringing them indoors.

  5. So sorry you've been unwell with the dreaded flu, Victoria. It can really knock us about, for sure.

I imagine you have great herbal tea recipes, but thought I'd mention a simple blend that really helps me - and my boys. Yarrow, Elder and Peppermint... works wonders.

Love the sweet spring blossoms :)

  6. Penny, it is a cherry tree, but it doesn't make fruit. At least, it hasn't yet...
